The Subject Of The Investment Is The Renovation Of The Municipal Road No. 130538C Between Grochowiska Księże And Złotniki, Located In The Central Part Of The Rogowo Commune In The Town Of Grochowiska Księże. The Renovation Of The Road Begins After The Intersection With The Municipal Road On Plot No. 34/2, Starts At Plot No. 158 And Initially Leads Towards The East, Then Turns Left To End Before The Intersection With The Municipal Road At Plot No. 122. The Entire Investment Will Be Implemented Within The Boundaries Of Registration District 0007 Of The Grochowiska Księże M. And Will Cover A Road Running Through Plots No. 158, 100, 121 And 122. Subject The Order Covers The Renovation Of A Road Section With A Total Length Of 676.80 M With A Bituminous Surface, Maintaining A Minimum Vertical Gauge Of 4.50 M. The Road Width In The Normal Profile Is 5.00 M, While In The Connection Area It Is Widened To 6.10 M. B) Existing Condition The Planned Renovation Is Located In The Central Part Of The Rogowo Commune In The Town Of Grochowiska Księże. The Road Renovation Begins After The Intersection With The Municipal Road (Plot No. 34/2) On Plot No. 158 And Continues Eastwards, Then Turns Left And Ends Before The Intersection With The Municipal Road On Plot No. 122. The Road Has A Bituminous Surface. The Bituminous Surface Is In Very Poor Technical Condition. Numerous Irregularities And Cracks Cause The Surface In The Wearing Course To Lose Its Load-Bearing Parameters. Its Condition Poses A Threat To Road And Pedestrian Traffic. The Road Is Surrounded By Agricultural Fields And Farm And Single-Family Buildings. The Renovation Does Not Require Changing The Boundaries Of The Road And Does Not Require Cutting Down Trees And Bushes. The Existing Infrastructure Is Located In The Road, Including A Sanitary Sewage System, A Telecommunications Line, A Water Supply And An Overhead Power Line. The Mentioned Infrastructure Does Not Interfere With The Planned Renovation. There Are Existing Sanitary Sewage Wells And Water And Gas Valves In The Investment Area, Which Require Height Adjustment To Adapt Them To The New Terrain Elevation. The Subject Of The Order Will Be A Facility Accessible To Disabled People And Has Been Designed For All Users. The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, Consisting In The Renovation Of A Public Municipal Road, Proves Its General Accessibility, Without Any Barriers For All Users.
