The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Cleaning, Collection And Further Management Of Waste From The Filtration Field Located On The Premises Of A Military Facility Located In Gniewczyna Łańcucka Administered By The 34Th Military Economic Division In Rzeszów.2.Scope Of Activities Planned To Be Performed: Filtration Field: A) Access To The Location Of The Filtration Field; B) Removal Of Vegetation From The Surface Of The Filtration Fields, Grasses, Weeds And Other Lichens; C) Removal Of Sediments And Impurities Lying On The Surface Of The Fields Limiting The Proper Layer Of The Filtration Layer; D) Cleaning The Surface Of The Fields From Accumulated Material. The Cleaning Technology Should Be Selected According To The Type And Degree Of Accumulation Of Contaminants, Without Damaging The Filtration Layer, Drainage Or Other Elements Of The Installation; E) Cleaning The Elements Of The Drainage And Drainage System; F) Supplementing Or Replacing The Drainage Layer, If Necessary; G) Transport, Dispose Of And Manage The Generated Waste (Green Waste And Waste Selected From The Bottom Of The Field) In Accordance With The Regulations In Force On The Day Of Performing The Service; H) Tidy Up The Area Around The Filter Field To Be Cleaned.3.The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) - Annex No. 5 To The Swz;2) Bid Price Calculation Form - Annex No. 1A To The Swz.4.The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.5, Are Also An Integral Part Of The Opz.The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons To Perform Cleaning Activities Of Equipment In Accordance With The Subject Of The Contract Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract.6.During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Carry Out Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Fulfillment By Him Or A Subcontractor Of The Requirement To Employ Persons Performing The Activities Specified In Section Under An Employment Contract. 5. The Ordering Party Is Entitled In Particular To: 1) Request Declarations And Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Above-Mentioned Requirements And Assessing Them, 2) Requesting Explanations In Case Of Doubts Regarding Confirmation Of Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements.
