The Subject Of This Order Is Delivery Under The Task Entitled: Purchase Of A Mobile Mini Excavator With Accessories And A Trailer Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025/2026.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Brand New Tracked Mini Excavator With Equipment And Work Accessories And A Brand New Transport Trailer Intended For Transporting The Offered Mini Excavator Together With One Of The Heaviest Elements Of The Offered Work Equipment, For The Needs Of The Narewka Commune.3.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of: A) 1 Piece Of A Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Damage Of A Tracked Mini Excavator Along With The Required Equipment And Work Accessories Specified In The Opz; B) 1 Piece Of A Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Damage Of A Transport Trailer, Intended For Transporting The Offered Mini Excavator Along With One Of The Heaviest Pieces Of Equipment Offered Working Day.4.The Subject Of The Order Must Be Complete, Technically Efficient And Ready For Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, And Must Have The Documents Required By Applicable Law.5.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Required Minimum Technical Parameters And Equipment Of The Mini Excavator, Accessories And Transport Trailer, Is Set Out In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). The Mini Excavator Must Be Equipped With Cabin Air Conditioning And Factory Aux Additional Hydraulics Enabling Subsequent Use Of A Properly Selected Hydraulic Hammer. The Hydraulic Hammer Is Not Included In The Delivery Or Offer Price. Detailed Requirements Are Specified In The Opz And The Form Of The Offered Equipment. The Transport Trailer Must Have A Load Capacity Enabling Safe And Compliant Transport Of The Offered Mini Excavator Together With One Of The Heaviest Elements Of The Offered Work Equipment. To Determine The Required Load Capacity, The Transport Weight Of The Offered Mini Excavator And The Weight Of The Heaviest Piece Of Equipment Intended For Simultaneous Transport On The Trailer Should Be Taken Into Account. The Trailer Must Be Compatible With The Ordering Partys Massey Ferguson 6713 S Agricultural Tractor, Manufactured In 2019 (The Marking Identifies The Ordering Partys Existing Equipment Only To Determine The Required Compatibility And Does Not Constitute An Indication Of The Brand Of The Offered Subject Of The Order), In Particular In Terms Of The Hitch System, Electrical Installation And Braking System, In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Opz And The Form Of Offered Equipment And Technical Parameters. The Requirements For Compatibility With Tractor Hitches Are Specified In The Opz Together With Annex No. 2 To The Opz.
