Request for proposals for Design and Implementation of the National Climate Entrepreneur Accelerator Programme (N-CEAP) and Training of Trainers (ToT) under the Climate Technopreneurship Programme GGGI, in collaboration with the Korea Development Bank (KDB), is implementing the Green Climate Fund (GCF)approved programme The Collaborative R&DB Programme for Promoting the Innovation of Climate Technopreneurship (FP240, hereinafter the Programme). The Programme aims to strengthen climate technology entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems across five Southeast Asian countries: Cambodia, Lao PDR, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Viet Nam. Within this Programme, GGGI leads country-driven acceleration readiness and ecosystem-strengthening activities. A central pillar of this effort is the design and operationalization of the National Climate Entrepreneur Accelerator Programme (N-CEAP), which seeks to enhance the capacity of climate technology companies and enable their effective participation in national and regional acceleration and investment pipelines. N-CEAP is also expected to contribute to the development of a pipeline of investment-ready climate technology enterprises that may engage with the Programmes 200 million USD Climate Technopreneurship Facility (CTF) and other investment mechanisms under the Programme. The Programme is implemented in a context where public and development finance institutions increasingly emphasize measurable climate impact, sound governance, and gender equality and social inclusion (GESI). Accordingly, N-CEAP integrates climate impact measurement (MRV) and gender considerations as core design principles, aligned with GGGI and GCF requirements. The objective of this consultancy is to tailor the modular acceleration-readiness training materials for N-CEAP based on the N-CEAP framework provided by the GGGI Asia Regional Office; support the implementation of the N-CEAP, including organizing training events, mentoring sessions, and pitching events; and provide technical guidance to the climate technology companies in cooperation with GGGI, NH Investment & Securities (NHIS), and NH Absolute Return Partners (NH ARP) while they go through partnership formulation or investment deal negotiations. ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this assignment is to engage a competent consulting firm to design a set of modular training materials that can be used by Lao PDR and partners to strengthen the investment and implementation readiness of climate technology startups. A generic and standardized N-CEAP framework and training materials will be provided to the Firm to build the work on. Tender Link : https://in-tendhost.co.uk/gggi/aspx/Tenders/Current
