These Services Include In Particular: Preventive Maintenance And Checks Of Heating Installations, To Be Carried Out Four Times A Year By A Qualified Installer; Troubleshooting Interventions; Periodic Peb Checks; Keeping The Logbook Up To Date; Controls On Installations Operating On Fuel Gas And Using Refrigerants; Annual Checks, Carried Out By A Specialized Firm, Of Fire Detection And Gas Detection Installations In Boiler Rooms; Preventive Maintenance And Control Of Any Device Connected To The Heating Installation (Sludge Traps, Water Filters, Adjustment Valves, Etc.), Up To The Departure Of The Pipes Into The Vertical Hoppers, Column Foot Valves Included. This Service Contract Concerns All Collective Boiler Rooms In The En Bord De Soignes Portfolio, Namely: 18 Boiler Rooms With A Total Thermal Power Of Less Than 200 Kw; 22 Boiler Rooms With A Total Thermal Power Greater Than 200 Kw; 8 Boiler Rooms Equipped With Heat Pumps, Each Boiler Room Has 3 Heat Pumps Of 35 Kw / De Onderhavige Dienstenopdracht Heeft Betrekking Op Het Preventief Onderhoud En De Controle Van De Installations De Voor Central Verwarming Op Gas, De Warmtepompen En De Installations De Voor De Productie Van Warm Water.
