It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Supply Of Esdh System As A Service. The Tender Includes Delivery Of An Esdh System As A Service (Saas) To Trafikselskabet Movia As Well As The Services Necessary To Establish, Operate And Maintain The Solution During The Term Of The Contract. The Delivery Includes Establishment And Configuration Of The System For Approx. 505 Users, Conversion Of Existing Cases, Documents And Metadata From Movias Current Esdh Solution, Setting Up Of Case Types, Document Templates And Selected Workflows, Training Of Super Users, Support Staff And System Administrators As Well As Operation, Support And Maintenance. The Solution Must Be Based On Standard Functionality (Cloud) To The Extent Specified In The Tender Material. The Solution Must Support Case And Document Management, Metadata, Journaling And Archiving, Workflow And Approval Processes, Meeting Management, Search And Management Information As Well As Integration To Microsoft 365 (Entra Id, Outlook And Teams), Firstagenda And Digital Post. The Detailed Requirements Can Be Found In Appendix 1A (Requirement Specification). The Contract Contains Requirements For The Suppliers Handling Of Integrity, Confidentiality And Availability For The Data Processed In The Solution. The Solution Must Provide An Open And Documented Api That Can Be Used By Movia And By Third Parties For Integrations And Automation. The Contract Contains Requirements For The Suppliers Cooperation In Handing Over The Tasks At The End Of The Contract. The Contract Contains Elements Similar To A Framework Agreement, As Specified Hourly-Based Services Can Be Purchased For This Purpose At The Set Hourly Prices. The Contract Is Not Divided Into Sub-Contracts, As It Is The Clients Assessment That The Contract Is Neither It-Strategically, Technically Nor Commercially Suitable To Be Divided Into Separate Sub-Contracts.
