Procurement Of Jet A1 Gas Turbine Aircraft Fuel For The Air Police Service Of The Directorate Of Special Services Of The Emergency Police For 2 Years Up To The Available Budget: Huf 300,000,000 Net. Planned Quantity Approx. 760,000 Liters. Detailed Information On Ordering And Delivery Is Contained In The Technical Description And Draft Contract. The Amount Will Be Used To The Extent Of The Actual Orders. The Tenderer Undertakes To Draw Down 70% Of The Total Amount. Equivalence: Where Any Part Of The Public Procurement Documents (Including The Technical Description) Refers To A Thing Of Specific Manufacture Or Origin, Or To A Specific Procedure That Characterizes The Products Of A Given Economic Operator Or The Services Provided By It, Or To A Trademark, Patent, Activity, Person, Type, Or Specific Origin Or Production Process, Then Article 321/2015. (X.30.) Pursuant To § 46 (3) Of The Government Decree, The Term Or Equivalent Must Also Be Understood. Any Such References Were Made In Order To Indicate The Subject Of The Procurement As Clearly As Possible. An Equivalent Technical Solution Is Allowed In The Cases Specified In The Technical Description.
