The Building Is Designed For 24/7 Housing Service Use. The Solutions Must Especially Take Into Account Accessibility, Safety, The Individual Needs Of The Residents, Controllability Of The Operation, Comfort And The Working Conditions Of The Staff. The Construction Site Is Located At Lääkärintie 5B, Alajärvi. The Building Will Be Connected To The Existing Building And Its Technical Systems. The Operation Of The Existing Building Must Be Secured Throughout Construction. The Building Will Be Connected To The Municipal Water, Sewer And Stormwater Networks.
