Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – New Laboratory And Office Building For The University Of Oldenburg, Specialist Planning Hkls (Alg 1, 2, 3 And 8). Subproject 1 Includes The Construction Of A New Laboratory And Office Building For Medicine (2Nd Construction Phase) With Estimated Construction Costs Of Approx. Eur 65 Million Gross (Kg 200-500); Construction Is Scheduled To Begin In May 2028 And Finish In May 2031. Subproject 2 Concerns A Teaching Building For Medicine (3Rd Construction Phase) And Is Designed As An Optional Service Component That Is Only Commissioned On Demand; The 3Rd Construction Phase Includes, Among Other Things: Internship Laboratories, Microscope Rooms, Seminar Rooms, Lecture Halls, A Library And A Cafeteria. The Estimated Construction Costs Here Are Around Eur 74 Million Gross (Kg 200-500); Construction Is Scheduled To Begin In July 2029 And Finish In July 2032. The Project Should Be Implemented Using The Bim Methodology; The Contractor Takes On The Role Of Bim Specialist Coordination In The Bim Process. The Specific Task Is Attached As An Appendix To The Tender Documents. The Client Receives Advice In This Process From The Office D&K Drost Consult Gmbh. In Further Tenders, The Services Of Project Management, Object Planning, Structural Planning As Well As Elt And Laboratory Planning Will Be Awarded Separately. The Services To Be Commissioned In This Tender Include: Service Level 1: - Service Phases 2-4 Of The Technical Equipment In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai (Hkls Alg 1-3 And 8); - Bim-Specific Basic Services In Accordance With 1.1, 1.2 And 1.3 Of The Appendix To § 5 General Performance Obligations To The Contract; - Detailed Proof Of Profitability For Alg 1, 2 And 3 As A Special Service; - Consideration Of The Energy Concept Or The Interfaces From Construction Phase 1 For The Overall Energy Supply Of Construction Phases 2 And 3 As A Special Service; - Operating Cost Calculation For Alg 1, 2 And 3 As A Special Service; - Development Of A Technical Part Of A Room Book In Addition To The Property Planners Room Book For Alg 1, 2, 3 And 8 As A Special Service; - Participation In Commissioning Management As A Special Service; - Sustainable Construction As A Special Service; - Consideration Of The Technical Monitoring Requirements For Alg 8 As A Special Service; - Bim-Specific Special Services For Alg 1, 2, 3 And 8 In Accordance With 1.2 Of The Appendix To § 6 Specific Performance Obligations To The Contract.
