Construction Of The New Health Center Zagreb - West - Ambulant Spansko Cpv Code And Name: 45215140-0 The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Execution Of Works On The Construction Of The Health Center Zagreb West - Ambulance Špansko, At The Location C. No. No. 5363/3 K.O. Donje Vrapče, In Zagreb. The Construction Of A Free-Standing Building For Public And Social Health Purposes Is Planned, Designed As A Modern Health Facility Of Compact Form With One Underground And Three Above-Ground Floors (G+G+2). The Total Construction Gross Area Of The Building Is Approximately 5,830 M², Of Which About 1,150 M² Refers To The Underground Part, And About 4,680 M² To The Above-Ground Part Of The Building. The Building Is Shaped As A Rectangular Volume With A Central Atrium And Space Organization That Enables The Functional Separation Of Public, Communication And Medical Facilities. Main Entrances And Public Facilities Are Provided On The Ground Floor, While Surgeries, Waiting Rooms And Accompanying Health Facilities Are Located On The Upper Floors. The Project Envisages Connecting The Building With The Surrounding Pedestrian Corridors And Park Areas Through Covered Porches And Organized Approaches. The Scope Of Work Includes The Execution Of All Construction-Craftsmanship And Installation Works Necessary For The Complete Completion And Commissioning Of The Building, Including The Execution Of Reinforced Concrete Construction, Architectural-Craftsmanship Works, Thermotechnical Installations, Heating, Cooling And Ventilation Systems, Plumbing And Drainage, Sprinkler Installations, High And Low Current Electrical Installations, Fire Alarm Systems, Vertical Transport Systems, Photovoltaic Power Plants And The Execution Of Exterior Decoration, Traffic And Parking Areas And Public Lighting. The Building Will Be Connected To The Existing Communal Infrastructure, With The Obligation To Carry Out All Necessary Connections And Comply With The Conditions Of Competent Public Law Bodies. The Project Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Main Project From March 2025, The Issued Building Permit And All Applicable Laws, Regulations And Technical Regulations In The Field Of Construction, Fire Protection, Occupational Safety, Energy Efficiency And Accessibility For People With Reduced Mobility.
