The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Security Services For Persons And Property Of The Medical University Of Lublin (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Security Service Or Subject Of The Order). Appendix No. 1B To The Swz Entitled: Description Of The Monitoring System. 2. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law Up To The Value Of 50% Of The Basic Order. 4. Requirements For The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ People On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship: 4.1.
