Installation Services (Except Software) – Rovaniemi Airport Baggage Handling System Modernisation. The Procurement Concerns Modernizing The Existing Baggage Handling System For Departure Baggage At Rovaniemi Airport. The Procurement Consists Of Modifications To The Existing Baggage Handling System To Add And Integrate One (1) New Standard 3 Screening Machine For Departure Baggage With Its Own Conveyor Line. Modernization Of The Existing Baggage Handling System For Departure Baggage Must Meet Required Specifications For Baggage Flow And Redundancy, Steel Works, Structures And Other Related Peripheral Devices/Systems. The Delivery Includes Designing, Manufacturing, Shipment, Installation, Integration Of Standard 3 Screening Machine, Training And Start-Up Of The Baggage Handling Systems. The Procurement Contains Also Fire Doors And/Or Security Shutters, Low Level Control System, Including Scada Remote Monitoring System, Sac (Sort Allocation Controller) And Other Relevant Interfaces And Functionalities. On-Site Installations As Well As Commissioning Are Planned To Take Pace In Period Between 10/2026 – 11/2027. The Successful Implementation Of The Procurement Requires Cooperation With The Contractors Executing The Necessary Changes To The Space Where The Baggage Handling System Is Located And With The Contractor Installing The New Screening Machine.
