The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Used Septic Tanker Intended For Collecting Liquid Waste From Septic Tanks And Sludge From Home Sewage Treatment Plants From The City And Commune Of Goniądz.2.A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz), Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To: - Sell And Deliver To The Ordering Party A Vehicle Intended For Collecting Liquid Waste From Septic Tanks And Sludge From Home Sewage Treatment Plants, With The Parameters And Equipment Described In Annex No. 7 To The Swz; - Train Designated Employees (Min. 2 People) In The Theoretical And Practical Operation Of The Vehicle.4. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.5 Act. Codes Describing The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv):Cpv 34144500-3 Vehicles For The Transport Of Waste And Sewage6. The Required Warranty Period Is Min. 12 Months For The Vehicle Chassis And Min. 24 Months For Vehicle Assembly, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Vehicle Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party And The Contractor.7. Equivalent Solutions: If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.8. The Subject Of Delivery Is Also The Delivery Of Documents On The Day Of Handing Over The Subject Of The Order, Such As: - User Manual In Polish; - Spare Parts Catalog; - Warranty For A Period Of Min. 12 Months For The Vehicle Chassis;- Warranty For A Period Of Min. 24 Months To Build The Vehicle; - Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle.9.The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.10.The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Off
