The Tender Includes The Establishment Of Pavilion Construction For The Use Of Excrement Sites For Denmarks Prisons As Well As The Subsequent Rental Of The Pavilions For A Period Of 5 Years. After The End Of The Rental Period, The Pavilions Must Be Taken Down And Removed, And The Affected Areas Must Be Restored To The Extent That This Appears In The Tender Documents. The Contractual Relationship Consists Of, On The One Hand, A Construction Agreement Regarding The Design, Delivery, Construction And Completion Of The Pavilion Construction, And On The Other Hand A Rental Agreement Regarding The Subsequent 5-Year Rental Period. For The Contract, Abt 18 Applies With Danish Prisons Deviations And Additions. The Construction Of The Pavilion Will Form A Framework For Release Sites That Will Support A Gradual Transition From Prison To A Life Without Crime And Contribute To A Safe And Appropriate Return To Society. The Detailed Requirements For The Layout, Function, Technical Conditions, Establishment, Rental Period, Maintenance And Dismantling Of The Pavilions Appear In The Tender Documents.
