The Ministry Of Energy Wishes To Acquire Access To One Or More Standardised, Cloud-Based Ai Solutions, Which Will Support The Ministrys Work With Case Management, Investigation, Analysis, Knowledge Management And Administrative Support. The Purpose Of The Acquisition Is To Provide Access To Ai Tools, Which Can Provide Increased Efficiency And An Improved Knowledge Base For Employees In The Ministry. The Ministry Of Energy Wants A Flexible Approach To Procurement And Recognizes That The Market Consists Of Different Types Of Ai Solutions With Different Strengths. The Ministry Therefore Does Not Assume That All Needs Must Necessarily Be Covered By One And The Same Solution. The Suppliers Are Free To Offer:- Solutions That Primarily Cover Administrative And General Work Tasks,- Solutions That Primarily Cover Analysis, Development And Expert Tasks, Or- Solutions That Cover Both Areas Of Need.Through This Competition, The Ministry Of Energy Will Enter Into Up To Two Contracts To Cover The Ministrys Overall Needs.The Agreement Runs For 12 Months From When The Service Is Available To The Customer. The Service Must Be Available No Later Than 1 Month After Signing. The Agreement Is Not Automatically Renewed And Terminates Without Further Notice 12 Months After The Service Has Been Made Available To The Customer.
