These Services Include, But Are Not Limited To, All Land And Property Valuation Services; Assessment Of Claims Submitted In Response To Notice To Treat; Negotiation And Settlement Of Claims; Assessment And Arbitration Services; Advising On Accommodation Works; Reporting To The Client And Attendance At Progress Meetings; Consultations With Other Specialists; Attendance At Meetings With Landowners And Their Advisors; Preparation For, Attendance At And Representation At Assessment Hearings And/Or Arbitration Hearings; And Preparation Of Land Compensation Closeout Reports.
