The Order Includes The Supply Of Audiovisual (Av) Hardware And Associated Accessories For Hybrid Meeting Rooms Within The Judiciary. This Includes Videoconferencing Equipment, Video Bars, Cameras, Microphones, Speakers, Control Panels, Mounting Materials, Connection Cables And Other Av-Related Products. The Delivery Focuses On Existing Products From The Standardized Product Catalog (Installed Base), As Well As Replacement And Additional Products Required For Setting Up, Expanding And Renewing Hybrid Meeting Rooms. Installation, Technical Management And Troubleshooting Are Outside The Scope Of The Assignment And Are Carried Out By Ivo Rechtspraak Itself. For A Further Description Of The Assignment, The Requirements And The Conditions, Please Refer To The Descriptive Document And The Associated Appendices. Based On Current Insights, Ivo Judiciary Expects That The Annual Purchase Under The Framework Agreement Can Be On Average Between €500,000 And €1,000,000 Excluding Vat. This Estimate Has Uncertainties. The Historical Purchase Of Av Products Was Partly Organized Decentrally And Not All Available Products, Ages And Replacement Times Are Centrally Registered. In Addition, The Number Of Centrally Equipped And Managed Meeting Rooms Is Expected To Increase. The Moment At Which Existing Spaces Are Renovated Depends On The Technical Condition, Local Needs, New Construction And Renovation Projects And Available Implementation Capacity. The Estimate Therefore Provides An Indication Of The Expected Decrease And Does Not Constitute A Purchase Obligation. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Annual Amounts Mentioned. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is € 4,500,000 Excluding Vat Over The Maximum Term Of Four (4) Years. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Higher Than The Estimate Of The Assignment, So That There Is Room For Further Growth Of The Hybrid Meeting Service If It Proves Successful. Once This Maximum Value Has Been Reached, No New Orders Can Be Placed Under The Framework Agreement.
