Offers For An Amount Less Than Three Chambers Will Not Be Accepted Nor Will It Be Permitted To Exclude Essential Services. The Price Must Be Broken Down By Chamber And By Common Services, Without This Breakdown Altering The Indivisible Nature Of The Award.
