The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Existing Water Treatment Plant And Water Intakes, Carrying Out Hydraulic And Technological Commissioning Of Devices And Training Of Staff. Currently, The Water Intake And The Filter Station For Manganese And Iron Removal Are Out Of Service Due To Damage Caused By The Flood In September 20242.The Scope Of The Order In Accordance With The Design Documentation: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications. Information Regarding The Contractors On-Site Inspection Or Verification Of The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out A Site Visit. Failure Of The Contractor To Conduct A Site Visit Will Result In Rejection Of His Offer In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Pzp.4. The Cost Of The Visit Is Borne By The Contractor.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Organize An Explanatory Meeting For The Contractors.
