Basic Requirements For The Facility - Building Development Area: Approximately 140 M²; - Usable Area - 134.3 M2 - Volume: 756.2 M3 - Building Height (To The Ridge) 6.5 M - Building Length 20.0 M - Building Width 7.0 M - Number Of Underground Floors Hall: 0 - Number Of Above-Ground Floors Hall: 1 - Building Structure: Steel; - Building Equipment With Two Garage Doors;-- Construction Of A Modular Sliding Wall, Enabling Flexible Separation Or Connection Of Storage Space;- Execution Of Electrical Installation Inside The Facility With An Electrical Connection To The Building; - Construction Of A Floor With Moisture-Proof Insulation; - The Materials And Technical Solutions Used Should Ensure Durability, Safety Of Use And Appropriate Functionality Of The Facility; - All Elements Of The Facility Must Be Completed And Ready For Use.
