The General Scope Of Works To Be Performed For The Task: 1) Carrying Out The Necessary Preparatory Works, 2) Relocating The Lightning Protection System, 3) Replacing Fans On The Roof, 4) Replacing Exhaust Chimneys Of The Sanitary Sewage System, 5) Dismantling The Existing Chimneys And Constructing Chimneys From Ceramic Ventilation Blocks And Lining Them With Building Bricks, 6) Constructing Reinforced Concrete Caps On The Chimneys, 7) Performing Works Within Sheet Metal Work,8) Inspection And Repair Of Minor Damage To The Roof Covering, Inserting Patches, Eliminating Blisters, Gluing Roofing Felt, Filling Cracks And Minor Defects With Rubber-Bitumen Sealing Compound,9) Maintaining The Roof Covering With Liquid Rubber Bituminous Mass Applied In Two Layers,10) Protecting The Roof With Asphalt Varnish,11) Dismantling The Roof Skylight Casing And Casing Roof Skylight Made Of Cellular Polycarbonate Panels, Thickness 16 Mm On Aluminum Profiles In Accordance With The Manufacturers Guidelines12) Installation Around The Skylight At The Connection With The Existing Roof Covering Of 100 X 100 Mm Polystyrene Isocliners,13) Processing Of The Junction Of The Walls And The Skylight Slope With The Existing Roof Covering With Thermally Weldable Roofing Felt,14) Disassembly Of External Ladders On The Side Wall And Installation Of A New Technical Ladder With A Protective Basket,15) Cleaning, Sealing And Minor Repairs Of Existing Roof Gutters.
