The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In Mosin, Together With A Retention Tank And Infrastructure On Plot 2130/16; I.E.: Extension Of Pszok In Mosin. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: - Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 5 A - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 5 B - Design Documentation - Annex No. 5 C - Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 The Ordering Party Requires A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. The Required Warranty Period For Defects For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works.
