The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Insulation Of Foundation Walls; 2) Insulation Of The Buildings Facade; 3) Replacement Of Doors, Windows And Garage Gates; 4) Insulation Of The Flat Roof Along With Roofing Works; 5) Carrying Out Demolition Works Of The Floor And Insulating The Floors On The Ground; 6) Construction Of Partition Walls On The Ground Floor; 7) Performance Of Sanitary Works In The Scope Of: Replacement Of The Heat Source With Heat Pumps And Construction Of A New Central Heating Installation. Together With Automation And Control; 8) Execution Of Electrical Works In The Scope Of: Replacement Of Lighting With Leds Along With Automation, Power Supply For The Heat Pump And Implementation Of A Photovoltaic System; 9) Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People; 10) Execution Of Road Works (Parking Lot With Permeable Surface).
