1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Training Service Consisting In Organizing And Conducting Professional Courses For Students And Teachers Of The Hotel And Tourism School Complex In Zakopane (Hereinafter Referred To As Zsht), Directed By The Ordering Party, According To The Following Information: 1) Part No. 1: Reservation Systems In Tourism. The Subject Of The Order Is Organizing And Conducting A Course Reservation Systems In Tourism. Course Participants: • Zsht Students In Zakopane (20 Students In 2 Groups Of Approximately 10 People; +/-2 People) And • Zsht Teachers In Zakopane (5 People - 1 Group For The Entire Project Referred To In The Announcement). The Course Will Be Carried Out In The Ordering Partys Building (Address: Ul. Partyzonów 1/5, 34-500 Zakopane) In Rooms Provided For This Purpose. Number Of Hours Of A Single Course Carried Out On School Days From Monday To Friday From 15:00 – 19:00 For A Maximum Of 5 Consecutive Days Or Possibly On Saturdays: • Students – 10 Teaching Hours; • Teachers – 15 Teaching Hours. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Course Program In Advance, At Least 7 Days In Advance, Document The Course Of The Course On The Attendance Lists Of People Participating In The Course And Submit Them To The Ordering Party No Later Than 2 Business Days After The End Of The Course. The Course Should End With The Possibility For Participants To Obtain A Certificate Confirming The Acquisition Of Qualifications Issued By The Contractor. The Aim Of The Education Should Include Preparing Participants To Independently Operate Reservation Systems Used In Travel Agencies, Airlines And Hotels, As Well As To Understand The Principles Of Distribution And Sale Of Tourist Services In The Electronic Environment. The Course Program Should Include In Particular:• The Concept And Functions Of Reservation Systems.• The Role Of Reservation Systems In Tourism.• Examples Of Reservation Systems For Travel Agencies And Tour Operators.• The Structure Of The Systems And The Main Ones. Modules.• The Process Of Booking Tourist Events. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer, Teaching Materials And Tools Necessary For The Practical Implementation Of The Course Program, In Particular: • Cards Of Industry Codes, System Commands And Abbreviations Used In Tourist Systems, Hotel And Catering Codes And A Dictionary Of System Terminology; • Access To Training, Demonstration Or Simulation Versions Of Gds Systems, Pms Systems And Tools For Searching And Booking Tourist Services, To The Extent Enabling Practical Performance Of Activities Covered By The Course; If The Use Of A Given System, Application Or Platform Requires An Account, Access Or License, It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Provide Them For The Duration Of The Course.2.
