Protection Of Facilities/Premises Administered By The Housing Management Plant In Toruń. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A) Protection Of Facilities Administered By The Housing Management Plant In Toruń, Up To 10 Facilities, In The Form Of Monitoring Signals From Existing Alarm Systems, In Accordance With The Requirements Set By Regulation (Eu) 2016/679 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 27 April 2016 On The Protection Of Natural Persons With Regard To The Processing Of Personal Data And On The Free Movement Of Such Data And Repealing Directive 95/46/Ec, As Well As National Regulations In This Regard And Related Implementing Acts, Including Their Maintenance. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Equip Existing Alarm Control Panels (With A Panic System) For The Duration Of The Contract With Transmitters Sending A Signal With Battery Voltage Support To The Monitoring Station For The Duration Of The Contract. The Transmitters Must Notify In The Form Of Text Information (So-Called Sms), To A Maximum Of Two Indicated Numbers Of The Ordering Party, About Triggering An Alarm Or Power Loss/Return With The Address Prefix Of The Alarm Location And Checking The Arming Status. - Enable Disarming And Arming Of The System Via The So-Called Text Messages. Sms From A Maximum Of 5 Numbers Indicated By The Ordering Party - Configure Existing Alarm Systems In Consultation With The Ordering Party. B) Protection Of Facilities/Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Form Of Monitoring Signals From Portable Alarm Systems Installed By The Contractor, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out By Regulation (Eu) 2016/679 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 27 April 2016 On The Protection Of Natural Persons With Regard To The Processing Of Personal Data And On Free Movement Of Such Data And The Repeal Of Directive 95/46/Ec, As Well As National Regulations In This Regard And Related Implementing Acts, Including Their Maintenance. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Equip The Facilities/Premises With Portable Alarm Systems. The Ordering Party Will Provide A Source Of Electricity From The Network - The Internal Electrical Installation In A Given Facility In The Form Of A Connector (Electrical Cube, Electrical Socket). Installed Portable Alarm Systems Should Be Equipped With An Acoustic Alarm And A Battery (Replacement Power Source) Enabling Their Continuous And Uninterrupted Operation For 48 Hours, From The Moment Of Power Failure. The System Must Be Connected To The Power Source Via An Electrical Cube Or A Plug To An Electrical Socket. The Systems Must Be Equipped With A Minimum Of 2 Dual Alarm Detectors With A Maximum Distance Of 100 M To The Control Panel And A Remote Control For Arming And Disarming The System. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request The Installation Of Up To 20 Surveillance Systems With 5 Dual Sensors With A Maximum Distance From The Sensor Of 100 M As Par
