Franciszka Grzonki 1 . The Gas Fuel Is Intended For Own Heating Purposes, Exempt From Excise Duty, In Accordance With Article 31B(2) Of The Excise Duty Act.2. Dps Złota Jesień Is One Of The Recipients Of Gas Fuel Referred To In Art. 62B Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law. The Ordering Party Informs That It Belongs To Social Welfare Organizational Units Within The Meaning Of Art. 6 Point 5 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance, To The Extent That They Consume Gas Fuel For The Purposes Of Providing Social Assistance. The Home Is A Unit Providing 24-Hour Care To Disabled Elderly People, Operated On The Basis Of The Permission Of The Voivode, And All Gas Fuel Is Intended For The Needs Of The Principal Business Of The Ordering Party. The Proceedings In Question Cover One Gas Intake Point, Which Is 100% Subject To Tariff Protection In Accordance With The Act Of January 26, 2022 On Special Solutions For The Protection Of Gas Fuel Consumers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market. The Appropriate Declaration Referred To In Art. 62Bb Section 1 Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law Constitutes Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. The Estimated Amount Of Gaseous Fuel (+/- 10%) That Can Be Purchased During The Term Of The Contract Is In Total: 1,557,100 Kwh (In Energy Units Using An Average Conversion Factor Of 11.50). The Estimated Quantity Provided By The Ordering Party Is Indicative And Does Not Constitute An Obligation To Purchase It In The Given Quantity. Any Change In Estimated Consumption Will Not Result In Any Additional Costs For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Settlement For The Actual Amount Of Gas Fuel Consumed.
