The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Fuel For Motor Vehicles And Mechanical Equipment Owned By The Ordering Party, Consisting In The Supply Of Fuel And Refueling Cars At Gas Stations Indicated By The Contractor In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To December 31, 2027.3.2.The Estimated Quantities Of Fuel Ordered Are:3.2.1.Diesel Oil - On - 120,000 Liters,3.2.2.Unleaded Petrol Pb 95 – 2,000 Liters.3.3.Fuels Referred To In Point 3.2 Must Meet The Requirements Contained In The Provisions Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On The Fuel Quality Monitoring And Control System (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1529), And Implementing Acts, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018) And Be Compliant With Applicable Standards.3.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Ordered Quantities Of Fuels As Needed In Relation To The Quantities Indicated In Point 3.2. Rataja 6, 23-100 Bychawa3.6.The Fuel Stations Where The Ordering Party Will Purchase Fuel Must Meet The Requirements For Fuel Stations In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of November 21, 2005 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Liquid Fuel Bases And Stations, Long-Distance Transmission Pipelines For The Transport Of Crude Oil And Petroleum Products And Their Location.3.7.Fuel Will Be Purchased At The Price Currently Applicable On The Date Of Purchase, Reduced By A Fixed Discount During The Contract Period.
