4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment In The Expanded And Rebuilt Building Of The Village Community Center In Połoski. The Contractor Will Complete The Order Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Completion Of The Order Is Considered To Be Complete Delivery, Performance Of All Activities Assigned To A Given Part And Signing Of The Final Acceptance Report Without Reservations Regarding Significant Defects.4.2.The Equipment Will Be Delivered, Brought In, Set Up And Installed In The Building Of The Village Community Center In Połoski, In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With The Exact Installation Or Installation Locations No Later Than 5 Business Days Before The Planned Delivery.
