The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of A Car Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities.2.The Purchase Is Co-Financed Under The Project Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii In Area D - Co-Financing From Pfron Funds.3.The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of One Brand New Minibus Passenger Car, Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities, Including The Simultaneous Transport Of Two People Who Remain In Wheelchairs While Driving. The Vehicle Will Be Used Primarily To Transport Children With Disabilities To Educational Institutions.4.The Base Vehicle In The Standard Version Must Have 9 Seats, Including The Driver. The Ordering Party Allows For A Reduction In The Number Of Seats In Connection With The Adaptation And Creation Of Two Wheelchair Stations. When Both Positions Are Occupied, There Must Be A Drivers Seat And At Least One Seat On The Seat For The Caregiver. The Permissible Total Weight Of The Vehicle Cannot Exceed 3,500 Kg, And The Vehicle Must Be Capable Of Being Driven With A Category B.5 Driving License.The Scope Of Delivery Includes A Vehicle With Complete Adaptation, A Ramp Or Elevator, Independent Fastening Systems For Two Trolleys And Safety Belts For The People Transported On Them, The Required Equipment And Documents, As Well As The Delivery Of The Vehicle And Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees. After Adaptation, The Vehicle Must Meet The Applicable Requirements For Admission To Traffic And Enable Registration In Poland.
