Nadstawna In Kraśnik: 1) Location: The City Of Kraśnik, Kraśnik County, Lublin Voivodeship; Registration District 0004 Budzyń, Registration Unit 060701_1 2) Mileage: From Km 0+016 To Km 0+504 (Working Km) Section Length: 488 M (Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Completed At Km 0+495.58) • Stage Iii - Extension Of District Roads No. 2748L - Ul. Kolejowa And No. 2702L – Ul. Lubelska In Kraśnik: 1) Location: Kraśnik City, Kraśnik Poviat, Lublin Voivodeship; Registration Areas 0007 Zarzecze I And 0008 Railway Station, Registration Unit 060701_1 2) Kilometer; Street Kolejowa – From Km 0+085.20 To Km 2+505.0; Street Lubelska - From Km 0+000 To Km 0+167 (Working Km) 3) Section Length: 2,496 M (2,329 M Along Ul. Kolejowa And 167 M Along Ul. Lubelska) 2. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of A Project Co-Financed By The European Union. Note - The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Due To The Above, When Submitting An Offer In This Procedure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer For Two Tasks. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed With The Participation Of Persons With Appropriate Qualifications And Experience To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction. 5. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes A Provision Resulting From The Knr Or Knnr Indicating The Need To Use Specific Equipment With Specific Parameters In The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Other Equipment, Provided That It Ensures The Achievement Of The Assumed Design Parameters And Does Not Cause The Risk Of Non-Compliance Of The Work Performed With The Technical Documentation. 6. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) Together With Implementing Regulations, By A Contractor With Appropriate Experience, Executive Potential And Persons With Appropriate Experience And Qualifications. 7.
