Mobile-Telephone Services – Provision Of Mobile And Fixed Electronic Communication Services And Supply Of Equipment. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Comprehensive, Secure And Economically Advantageous Mobile And Fixed Telecommunication Services Of The Operator For Voice Sim Cards Of The Public Contracting Authority, Including Isp Internet Services, Connection Of The Subscriber To The Public Telephone Network (Pstn), Additional Public Telecommunications Services And The Supply Of Mobile Telecommunications Equipment For 48 Months. The Subject Of The Contract Is Also The Establishment And Operation Of A Service For Mass Sending Of Sms, The So-Called Sms Gateway. The Supply Of End Mobile Devices And Accessories Represents An Additional Performance That Is Operationally And Technically Linked To The Provision Of Mobile Services. Terminal Mobile Devices With Accessories Will Be Used Exclusively In Connection With Sim Or Esim Cards Of The Service Provider, And Their Activation, Configuration, Management, Service And Complaints Will Be Ensured Under One Contractual And Liability Regime. The Public Contracting Authority Requires Uniform Responsibility For The Functionality, Compatibility And Operational Integrity Of Mobile Services And Terminal Mobile Devices With Accessories.
