Refuse Recycling Services - Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Properties In Which Residents Live, Located In The Mogielnica Municipality In The Period From 01/02/2027 To 31/01/2029. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Where Residents Live, As Well As From Real Estate With Summer Houses And Other Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, Located In The City And Commune Of Mogielnica And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In The Period From February 1, 2027 To January 31, 2029, Including From The Villages Listed In The Table Below And The City Of Mogielnica, In A Way That Allows (Cooperation With The Ordering Party) The Ordering Party To Achieve The Levels Required By The Relevant Legal Provisions: Preparation For Re-Use And Recycling Of Municipal Waste, Storage Of Municipal Waste And Waste From The Processing Of Municipal Waste, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Transferred To Landfill, In Particular In Accordance With: • Art. 3B And Art. 3C Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733) • Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of August 3, 2021 On The Method Of Calculating The Levels Of Preparation For Re-Use And Recycling Of Municipal Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1530), • Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of Of December 15, 2017 On The Levels Of Limitation On The Storage Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2412), • Provisions Of The Provincial Waste Management Plan, Adopted By Resolution Of The Masovian Voivodeship Assembly No. 9/25 Of February 25, 2025 On The Adoption Of The Waste Management Plan For The Masovian Voivodeship 2030 With Annexes, And • Provisions Of The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Mogielnica Commune, • Provisions Of The Resolution On The Detailed Method And Scope Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners And Managing This Waste, In Exchange For The Fee Paid By Property Owners For Municipal Waste Management, And • Other Provisions Of Statutory And Local Law.
