Installation Services Of Beverage-Processing Machinery – Hot Drinks Vending Machines. The Assignment Includes The Supply, Maintenance And Provision Of Full-Service Services For Hot Drinks Vending Machines For The Entire Police Force In The Netherlands. The Scope Of The Assignment Concerns: The Supply Of All Hot Drinks Machines, The Necessary Ingredients And All Work For Making Hot Drinks And Cold Water Cooled By The Machine Available During The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Scope Specifically Includes The Following Components: • Supplying Hot Drinks Machines With A Brewing Method Based On Fresh Beans. For “High Traffic Locations” (Such As Teaching Locations, Meeting Rooms, Etc.), Vending Machines With A Fast Brewing Method (For Example Instant) Can Be Used; • Supplying All Necessary Vending Machine Ingredients, Loose Ingredients And Stirrers For The Hot Drinks Vending Machines. Please Note: Cups Are Not Supplied As Standard With The Hot Drinks Machines; • Supplying And Installing Ready-To-Use Hot Drinks Machines, And Where Necessary, Associated Base Cabinets And Dispensers For Loose Ingredients; • Optional: Delivering Loose Ingredients On Order; • Full Operating Service: Taking Care Of (Cleaning And Filling) The Hot Drinks Machines And Associated Base Cabinets In Accordance With The Haccp Guidelines Within The Agreed Service Window (At Designated Locations Also During Weekends And/Or Public Holidays); • Troubleshooting Within The Agreed Service Window (At Designated Locations Also During Weekends And/Or Public Holidays); • Carrying Out Preventive And Corrective Technical Maintenance; • Where Appropriate, Adding/Moving/Relocating/Permanently Removing Hot Drinks Machines And Base Cabinets; • The Free Removal Of The Hot Drinks Machines And Base Cabinets After The End Of The Framework Agreement, After A Successor Supplier Has Been Contracted At The End Of The Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Machines To Be Used Must Provide The Following Range: • Coffee; • Espresso; • Cappuccino; • Decaf Coffee Varieties (In Vending Machines Or Individual Bags); • Hot Water (Tea Bags In A Minimum Of 6 And A Maximum Of 8 Flavors); • Cold Water; • Chocolate Milk; • Soup/Stock (In Vending Machine Or Individual Bags). The General Principle Is That The Hot Drinks Machines And Associated Facilities Are Made Available Free Of Charge To All Employees, (Chain) Partners And Visitors Through A 24-Hour Self-Service Facility. The Police Wants A Uniform Service And Experience With Regard To The Provision Of Hot Drinks And That Is Why All Machines To Be Used By The Contractor Must Supply The Same Range. It Is Also Not Permitted To Offer Or Supply A Different And/Or Additional Range Than Described Above. Assortment Changes Are Only Permitted At The Request Of And After Written Approval From The Police. To Prevent A Random Selection Of Different Types Of Machines, The Police Wants No More Than Two
