Architectural And Related Services – Heron - Appointment Of A Project Author For A Mission To Develop An Intervention Strategy Followed By The Study And Monitoring Of The Execution Of The Renovation And Extension Works Of The Municipal Schools Of Surlemez And Waret-Levêque. The Services Include The Development Of An Intervention Strategy (Firm Tranche Of The Market), The Design And Monitoring Of The Execution Of The Work Of The Aforementioned Project (Conditional Tranches) | The Fees For The Firm Portion Are The Subject Of A Fixed Price Offer By The Bidder. The Amount Must Be Between €40,000 And €50,000 Excluding Vat | The Fees For The Conditional Installments Are Calculated On The Basis Of A Fixed Percentage Of The Total Amount Of The Work (Final Statement). For Renovation Work The Fee Rate Is Set At 12.00%. For New Construction And Surrounding Development Work, The Fee Rate Is Set At 9.50%. The Budget For The Work (Vat And Fees Not Included) Is Currently Estimated At: Eur 3,000,000.00 For The Surlemez Location And €4,280,000.00 Eur For The Waret-Levêque Location. On This Basis, The Amount Of Fees Is Therefore Estimated At +/- 790,000.00 Eur Excluding Vat. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Services Are Structured Around 6 Required Skills, At Least: Architecture, Stability, Special Techniques, Peb, Signage Design, Acoustics.
