J.: Self-Government Information System, Documentation Information System In Order To Ensure The Full Use Of The Delivered Products And The Granting Of Consent For A Fee And Time-Limited Right To Use The Software Application Of The Provider Specified Below (License). The Basic Requirement For Software Is Compliance With Current Legislative And Technological Changes And The Provision Of Agreed Software Support, Operation And Maintenance Services In Order To Ensure Full Use Of The Delivered Products (Listed In Detail In These Tender Documents (Hereinafter Referred To As These Sps) In Section B.1 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract) In The Following Breakdown: • Hot-Line Support; • Technical Support; • Methodological Support; • Trainings; • Software Updates; • Project Management; • Update Of The Document Backup And Recovery Plan Of Cg Products; • Guarantee That The Software Complies With The Cybersecurity Act 69/2018 Coll., Its Amendments, Directives And Decrees.
