Firefighting Vehicles – Ensuring The Combat Readiness Of The Fire Protection Unit Included In The National Rescue And Firefighting System By Purchasing A Rescue And Firefighting Vehicle For The Volunteer Fire Department In Masłowice. 4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Medium 4X4 Fire And Extinguishing Vehicle With Equipment For The Masłowice Volunteer Fire Department 4.2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Detailed Technical Description Of A Medium-Sized Fire And Extinguishing Vehicle, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Defined The Technical And Functional Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order As Minimum Requirements And Allows The Delivery To Include A Fire And Extinguishing Vehicle With Better Parameters. 2) Transfer Of Equipment Free From Defects, Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Complete And Ready For Operation, Medium Rescue And Fire-Fighting, Water And Foam Vehicle With The Meaning Gba 3/16 Built On The Chassis Of A D 4X4 Truck - Hereinafter Referred To As The Vehicle, Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments On The Part Of The Ordering Party, Including One Equipped With All Operating Fluids And Fuel; 3) Providing The Necessary Technical Description (In Polish), 4) Providing, Along With The Order, The Instructions Required For The Operation Of The Vehicle Chassis, Fire Protection Superstructure And Installed Devices And Equipment In Polish, As Well As A Set Of Documents Necessary For Registration Of The Vehicle, 5) Marking Of The Car In Accordance With Annex No. 1, 6) Training Of Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Field Of Economic Operation Of The Vehicle (Ecodriving). The Costs Of All Materials Necessary To Conduct The Training Are Borne By The Contractor. 4.3. General Requirements For The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Vehicle Built And Equipped Must Meet The Minimum Requirements According To. B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure The Principles Of Public Safety Or Protection Of Health, Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 143, Item 1002, As Amended), C) Regulation Of The Ministers Of: Internal Affairs And Administration, National Defense, Finance And Justice Of March 22, 2019 On Special Vehicles And Vehicles Used For Special Purposes Of The Police, Internal Security Agency, Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anticorruption Bureau, Border Guard, State Protection Service, National Tax Administration, Prison Service And Fire Service, (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 594). D) Standards: Pn-En 1846-1 And Pn-En 1846-2 Or Equivalent Standards, E) The Vehicle Must Have A Valid Certificate Of Approval For Use In Fire Protection In Poland Issued On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure Public Safety Or Protection
