Public Road Transport Services – Traficom /Route-Based Public Transport Services, Gross, Tender 2026/13. The Finnish Transport And Communications Agency Traficom (Hereinafter Traficom) Requests Your Offer For Managing Public Transport Services. More Detailed Items And Contract Periods Can Be Seen In The Attachments Of The Tender Request. Traffic Is Procured With A Gross Contract. The Gross Contract Refers To The Public Transport Service Contract Referred To In The Service Contract Regulation (1370/2007) And The Special Sectors Procurement Act (1398/2016), Where The Ticket Revenue Risk Is With The Customer Of The Transport. In Addition To Traficom Acting As The Procurement Unit, Municipalities, Cities, Welfare Regions, Educational Institutions And Competent Authorities Can Also Participate In The Financing Of Contracts Arising From Procurement. The Traffic Included In This Acquisition Will Be Granted An Exclusive Right In Accordance With The Service Contract Regulation By A Separate Administrative Decision. The Exclusive Right Decision Takes Into Account Possible Longer-Distance Traffic Passing Through Part Of The Route.
