According To The Guide Use Of Recycled Materials In Fairway Construction, The Use Of Recycled Materials In The Fairway Projects Of The Finnish Railways Agency And Vitality Centers Requires Either A General Or Project-Specific Technical Suitability Assessment By The Finnish Railways Agency. The Assessment Of Technical Suitability Is A Requirement Set By The Client Of The Fairway Project, The Aim Of Which Is To Ensure The Functionality Of The Structures And The Safe Use Of Materials. The Finnish Railways Agency Has A Group Of Experts Responsible For Evaluating The Technical Suitability Of Recycled Materials. This Purchase Concerns Expert Services To Be Acquired In Support Of The Assessment Work In Question For The Years 2027-2029 And As An Option For The Years 2030 And 2031. The Work Includes Work Related To General And Project-Specific Technical Suitability Assessments In Accordance With The Guideline Use Of Recycled Materials In Fairway Construction, Such As: - Support For General And Project-Specific Assessments And Related Cooperation - Negotiations With Material Suppliers - Review Of Assessment Request Materials, Preparation Of Assessment Letter And Finalizing And Archiving Evaluations - Preparing The Meetings Of The Recycled Materials Group And Acting As A Secretary. Possible Conflicts Of Interest In The Tender Are Evaluated In Accordance With The Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements (1379/2016, Especially § 3, 66 And 81 Of The Act), Also Taking Into Account The Bidders Subcontractor And Group Relations.
