Vehicles For Refuse And Sewage – Delivery, In The Form Of Leasing, Of A Special Vehicle For Waste Disposal.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, In The Form Of Leasing, Of A Brand New Special Vehicle For Waste Disposal, With Technical Parameters Specified In Annex 4 Of The Swz, Together With The Training Of Two Employees Of The Ordering Party. 2. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz. Failure To Meet At Least One Of The Requirements Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer. 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered Together With The Equipment Necessary For Its Proper Functioning (If Necessary). 4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In Trąbki Wielkie, Ul. Pocztowa 30 (Sewage Treatment Plant) Trąbki Wielkie - At The Contractors Expense. 5. The Contractor Will Deliver, Put Into Operation The Equipment And Train Employees Within 180 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 6. The Contractor Will Train The Employers Employees (2 People) In The Basics Of Equipment Operation. 7. Minimum Warranty For The Offered Subject Of The Order: 60 Months From The Date Of Delivery. 8. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Guarantee That The Delivered Subject Of The Order Is Brand New, Complete, Of A High Standard Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality, And Free From Material, Construction And Legal Defects. 9. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, Manufactured In The Year Indicated In Annex 4 To The Swz. Other Requirements Contained In Section Iv Swz.
