The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Supplies And Work Necessary For: Construction Or Renovation Of Distribution Cabins As Well As Equipment In Reserve: It Also Includes:  The Installation (Including Accessories, Special Parts And Fittings) Of Cables And Devices Specified In The Quantity Survey, The Plans And These Special Specifications;  Any Receipt By An Approved Body Of The Bodies And Installations Which Must Undergo These Examinations Before Commissioning As Provided For In The Rgie Even If They Are Not Explicitly Mentioned In The Summary Quantity Survey. The Provisional Acceptances Currently Being Assembled Are Part Of This General Remark.  Maintenance Of All Works During The Duration Of The Work, As Well As During The Warranty Period;  As A General Rule, All Work And Suggestions Of Any Kind Described In Measurements And Plans To Obtain Works That Meet The Rules Of The Art. Unless Otherwise And Explicitly Stipulated In The Award Documents, Each Item Includes All Supplies And Labor. On This Specific Subject, The Contractor Cannot Rely On An Incomplete Drafting Of The Wording Of The Items In The Quantity Survey To Claim Payment For Certain Work And Supplies.
