Construction Work – Construction Of The Zagorje Ob Sava Solar Power Plant With A Battery Storage Of Electricity. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Design, Supply, Assembly Or Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of The Zagorje Ob Savi Solar Power Plant With An Installed Capacity Of 1.38 Mwp And The Associated Battery Storage Of Electricity (Bhee) With A Capacity Of 1.25 Mw And A Capacity Of 5 Mwh, With All Necessary Equipment For Operation And Management And Connection To The Hse Control Center. The Order Will Be Carried Out In The Area Of ​​The Closed Municipal Waste Disposal Site Kamnolom Zagorje In The Municipality Of Zagorje Ob Savi. The Order Includes, Among Other Things, Photovoltaic Modules, Inverters, A Substructure With Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Foundations, Cable Connections, Grounding And Lightning Protection, Bhee, A Transformer Station With A 1.6 Mva Power Transformer And The Necessary Mv And Lv Equipment. Also Included Are Construction Works, Drainage And Planned Rehabilitation Measures Of The Landfill, Arrangement Of Maintenance Routes And Fences, Connection To The Medium Voltage (Lv) Distribution Network, Implementation Of Telecommunication Connections In Accordance With The Consent For Connection, And The Like. The Selected Bidder Must Prepare All The Necessary Documentation, Including The Project For Implementation (Pzi), The Project Of Works Performed (Pid), The Proof Of Reliability Of The Facility (Dzo) And The Instructions For Operation And Maintenance (Nov). It Must Carry Out The Necessary Tests, Measurements, Start-Up And Training Of Personnel, As Well As All Other Activities Within The Scope Of Its Contract, Necessary For The Successful Performance Of The Technical Inspection And Obtaining The Use Permit. The Order Is Executed According To The Turnkey Principle, According To The Contractual Conditions Of The Fidic Yellow Book, 1999 Edition (Hereinafter The Contract Or Contractual Documentation). The Contracting Authority Seeks To Have The Public Procurement In Question Co-Financed With European Union Funds From The Just Transition Fund (Jtf) Within The Framework Of The European Cohesion Policy Program In The Period 2021-2027 In Slovenia.
