Heat-Transfer Station Construction Work – Kesseltausch Heizzentrale Bst. 3+4. As Part Of Restructuring Measures, The Pius Hospital Oldenburg Is Planning The Construction Project For Heat Generation, Construction Stages 3+4. Essentially, The Following Work Is Required: Activation Before The Actual New Installation, The Existing Installations Are Activated And Dismantled. Dismantling/Dismantling Dismantling Of The Existing Visible Heating Installations, Essentially Consisting Of Dismantling The Pipes Including Brackets And The Existing Heat Generator. All Materials Contaminated With Pollutants Will Be Dismantled In Advance. This Means That The Kmf Insulation Is Also Dismantled By The Pollutant Remediator. To Supply Power To The New Heat Generation, Minor Changes Will Be Made To The Existing Control Cabinet In The Heating Center. There Is Constant Temperature Control By Each Individual Heat Generator. The Higher-Level Ga Is Not Used For Temperature Control Of Heat Generation. The Modification Work On The Existing Building Automation Control Cabinet Is Part Of This Course. The Distribution Lines In The Heating Center Essentially Remain Intact. Boiler 2 (Right Boiler) Is Shut Off At The Existing Valves/Flaps. New Distribution Lines Are Connected To These Caps And Connected To The New Heat Generators. The Downtime Of Heat Generation Is Thus Kept To A Minimum Or Avoided. After Completion Of The Installations, Commissioning Is Carried Out By The Contractor. The Building Automation Trade Is Part Of This Course. The Presence Of The On-Site Building Automation Specialist Company Is Not Planned.
