Treatment And Disposal Of Foul Liquids - Services Of Removal Of Treated Leachate From Upov. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Removal And Disposal Of Waste Water From The Waste Water Treatment Plant (Wtp). Estimated Quantities Of The Service Are Maximum, And Significantly Depend On The Amount Of Incoming Waste And Meteorological Conditions At The Location (E.G. Large Amounts Of Rainfall) And On Other Factors That May Lead To A Decrease In The Amount Of Waste Water Produced At The Cgo Biljane Donje, So That The Total Amount Of Waste Water That Needs To Be Disposed Of May Vary In Relation To The Specified Maximum Amount. The Bidder Must Be Organizationally And Technically Capable Of Intervening At The Request Of The Client. The Actual Quantities Will Be Determined By Weighing The Full And Empty Vehicle On A Road Scale In Cgo Biljane Donje (In Kg Or Tons), And Will Be Defined In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of The Client. The Estimated Average Density Of Waste Water That Is The Subject Of Procurement Is 978 Kg/M3. During The Procurement Process, The Bidder Can Take A Waste Water Sample In Accordance With This Procurement Documentation. The Approximate Annual Quantity According To The Contract, Which Is The Subject Of This Procurement, Is 23,400 M3. During The Duration Of The Agreement, The Amount Of Waste Water That Needs To Be Taken Over And Disposed Of By The Selected Bidder (Executor) Does Not Have To Be The Same Per Day, Week And Month. During The Term Of This Agreement, The Client Reserves The Right Not To Order The Service In A Particular Week If There Is No Need For It. The Customer, According To An Individual Written Request For The Collection And Disposal Of Waste Water Sent To The Executor, Will Not Be Less Than 30 M3 Per Day. At The Written Request Of The Client, The Executor Must Provide The Necessary Number Of Vehicles, Equipment And Personnel For The Collection And Disposal Of Waste Water That Is The Subject Of This Agreement Of At Least 90 M3/Day.
