Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Auf Dem Loh Primary School, Total Renovation And Expansion, Structural Planning. Commissioning For The Implementation Of The Project, The Commissioning Of The Basic Services Of Structural Planning In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai 2013 In Service Phases 1-6, As Well As, If Necessary, Special Services In Service Phase 8 Is Planned. The Commissioning Is Subject To A Phased Award Within The Framework Of Budgetary Regulations. Service Phases That Are Not Awarded Immediately Upon Conclusion Of The Contract Are Subject To A Suspensive Condition. The Client Reserves The Right To Limit The Commission To Partial Services Of Individual Service Phases Or To Individual Construction Phases. As Planning And Execution Continues, Further Services Should Be Called Up - Individually Or As A Whole. There Is No Entitlement To The Award Of Additional Service Phases. The Decision To Commission Them Usually Depends On Political Decisions And The Approval Of The Construction Documents (Hu Construction). The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Further Service Phases If The Client Transfers Them. However, The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Increase In His Fee From The Phased Award.
