The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Design Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Offer Form And In Annex No. 3A To The Swz - Price Form. The Documents Indicated In The Previous Sentence Will Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Self-Explanatory In The Sense That If Any Ambiguities Or Ambiguities Are Found In Their Content, Neither Party May Invoke This Circumstance To Limit Its Obligations Or The Scope Of The Required Diligence.
