Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Akaan Toijalas Project Developer Partner. Background And Purpose Of The Procurement The City Of Aka (Hereinafter Also The Procurement Unit) Tenders The Project Developer Partner For The Comprehensive Development Of The Toijala Station Area. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Negotiation Procedure As Described In More Detail Below. Based On The Tender, One (1) Project Developer Partner Will Be Selected, Who Will Be Responsible For The Development And Coordination Of The Entire Project In Accordance With The Citys Goals. The Task Of The Project Developer Partner Is To Form A Step-By-Step, Functionally Justified And Economically Viable Entity Of The Toijala Station Areas Land Use, Traffic Arrangements, The Citys Space Needs, Commercial Services, And Possible Housing And Serviced Housing Functions. The Task Also Includes The Overall Design Of The Underpass Connected To The Toijala Railway Yard Underpass And Its Coordination As Part Of The Other Planning And Development Of The Station Area. The Procurement Does Not Include The Construction Of An Underpass Or Other Objects Belonging To The Project. However, The Project Developer Partner Has The Right To Acquire Control Of A Plot Of Land Or Other Area Intended For Third Parties Not Part Of The Municipalitys Operations, If The Project Developer Partner Has, As Part Of The Project Development Task, Prepared The Object To Be Feasible And Acquired A Third Party Approved By The Municipality As Implementer, User Or Other Operator For The Object. The Project Developer Partner Can Then Promote The Implementation Of Facilities, Buildings And Activities Located On The Site As Defined In More Detail In The Final Request For Tenders And In The Agreement With The Project Developer Partner. Object Of The Procurement The Object Of The Procurement Is The Project Developer Partnership Of The Akaan Toijala Station Area. The Project Developer Partner Is Responsible For Developing, Coordinating And Coordinating The Preparation Of The Station Area Project Complex In Accordance With The Goals Of The City Of Aka. The Task Of The Project Developer Partner Is To Coordinate Keskos Project As Part Of Other Development, Land Use, Traffic And Parking Arrangements In The Station Area, As Well As The Needs Of The City And Other Operators That May Be Located In The Area.
