The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Entitled: Renovation Of The District Road No. 2464D Leśna - Bożkowice - Biedrzychowice Damaged As A Result Of The Flood In September 2024. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations In This Regard, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418).The Task Includes The Renovation Of The Section Of District Road No. 2464D Leśna - Bożkowice- Biedrzychowice At Km 0+180-5+460 In The Towns Of Leśna, Kościelnik Górne, Bożkowice, Zapusta On The Section Of 5,280 Km. District Road No. 2464D On The Indicated Section Is Located In A Built-Up Area. The Road Renovation Includes Reconstruction Of Culverts Under The Road And Exits, Profiling Of Drainage Ditches, Construction Of Exits To Municipal Roads, Properties And Agricultural Land. It Is Planned To Carry Out Bituminous Surface Works On The Road, Leveling And Supplementing The Roadsides With Stone Material, And Replacing Protective And Steel Barriers. It Is Also Planned To Reconstruct The Existing Sidewalk And Curbs Protecting The Properties Against Rainwater From The Road, As Well As To Construct Row Streams Made Of Stone Blocks And Curb Streams Made Of Concrete Blocks. On The Section Of The Renovated Road, Cutting Down Trees With A Diameter Of 76-200 Cm Is Planned. The Ordering Party Also Planned To Paint The Road Markings. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Covered By The Subject Of The Order, It Is Necessary To: Prepare As-Built Documentation With A Set Of Documents Confirming The Quality Of The Incorporated Materials And Required Tests, As Well As A Geodetic Study (Collaudation), With Reporting To Geodetic Resources And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit (If Required By Decisions). The Contractors Offer Price Should Include: - Removal And Management, In Accordance With The Waste Act, Of Waste Materials From Demolition, Not Suitable For Re-Installation - Transport Materials From Demolition, Suitable For Re-Installation At The Pzd Site Or Designated Storage Site.
