The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Drainage Ditches Damaged During The Flood In Poland In September 2024. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Execution Of 5 Tasks: Task No. 1: Renovation Of Drainage Ditch No. L-15. The Task Will Be Carried Out In The Location: Plots Registered As No. 203 A. M. 1237/4 A. M. 8, Markowice Precinct In Racibórz. The Scope Includes In Particular: A) Mowing The Bottom, Slopes Of Ditches And 1-Meter-Wide Strips Adjacent To The Slopes On Both Sides Of The Ditch (The Maximum Height Of The Lichen Left Is 5 Cm), 80% Of The Swath Should Be Raked And Removed On The Same Day (The Collected Swath Should Be Transferred To The Composting Plant In Racibórz Along With Appropriate Storage Fees And Documentation With A Waste Transfer Card) - Surface Intended For Mowing Is Approximately 10,518 M2, B) Desilting The Bottom Of The L-15 Ditch With A Width At The Bottom Of 0.6-1.2 Meters And A Depth Of 0.8-1.8 Meters - The Silt From The Desilting Should Be Managed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Waste Act (Transferred To An Entity With Appropriate Authorizations Along With Incurring Appropriate Fees Or Obtaining An Appropriate Decision For Development) - Desilting Is Planned Along The Entire Length Of The Open Ditch (1843 M) Up To 30 Cm, C) Desilting Of Culverts And Collectors With A Total Length Of 127 M And A Diameter Of 0.40-1.30 Meters - It Is Planned To Desilt Culverts And Collectors With Medium Silting Up To 1/3 Of Their Height. Task No. 2: Renovation Of Drainage Ditch No. Racibórz.
