The Subject Of The Order Is: 1.Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity (Delivery With Distribution Service) Along With The Electricity Settlement Service Within The Se And The Electricity Balancing Service, Including Electricity Produced From Own Sources By Consumers Within The Energy Cooperative And Introduced Into The Dso Network In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028, To 9 Ppe. The Ordering Party Informs That All 9 Electricity Consumption Points Indicated In Annex No. 1A To The Swz Have Concluded An Energy Sales Contract With Wise Energy S.A. Based In Warsaw For The Delivery Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. Distribution Agreements Are Concluded With Enea Operator Sp. Z O. O. Based In Poznań, Ul. Strzeszyńska 48, 60-579 Poznań, Acting As The Distribution System Operator (Hereinafter Referred To As Dso), As The Distribution System Operator With Which The Ordering Party Has Signed Contracts For The Provision Of Distribution Services For Individual Facilities.2.A Detailed List Of Ppe, Distribution Parameters, And Power Of The Pv Installation Is Attached As Annex No. 1 A And 1 B To The Swz. 3. All Ppe Covered By The Proceedings In Question Were Reported To Kowr Within The Energy Cooperative.4. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Supplied By The Contractor In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028 Is 486,352 Kwh. The Forecasted Consumption Is Specified In Annex No. 1 C To Swz.5. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity To Be Purchased From The Contractor Was Determined On The Basis Of Historical Consumption Data Over The Last 12 Months, Taking Into Account: 1) The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Produced In Res Installations And Then Consumed By Consumers And Members Of The Energy Cooperative As Part Of Auto-Consumption, 2) The Estimated Amount Of Surplus Electricity Produced In Pv Installations And Fed Into The Dso Network, Which Will Be Subject To Settlement To The Members Energy Cooperative In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Res Act. Data On The Amount Of Energy Sold By The Contractor Are Indicative And May Change During The Implementation Of The Agreement. The Contractor Should Take Into Account Possible Fluctuations In Electricity Consumption And Production. Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Electricity Does Not Entail Any Consequences For The Ordering Party (Customers), Apart From The Need To Pay For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Energy And Transmission Services In Accordance With The Applicable Dso Tariff. The Actual Amount Of Electricity Consumed By Consumers Will Be Determined And Settled Based On The Readings Of Measurement And Billing Systems At Consumption Points According To The Prices Specified In The Offer, Which Will Be Valid Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.6.The Ordering Party Allows A Change In The Start Date Of Deliveries For Reasons Not Attributable To Either Party, E.G.
