4.1.The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works And Deliveries Along With The Assembly, Commissioning And Configuration Of Devices As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Functional Adaptation And Purchase Of Equipment For The Needs Of The Activities Of The Auditorium Of The Cultural Activity Center In Halasy. 4.2.The Investment Is Located At Halasy 42A, 21-560 Międzyrzec Podlaski (Międzyrzec Podlaski Commune, Biała Podlaska Poviat, Lublin Province). The Ordering Party Informs That The Cultural Activity Center Will Not Operate During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract By The Contractor And Is Currently A New, Unused Facility.4.3.The Scope Of The Task Includes Construction Works And Supplies Along With Activities Necessary For Their Assembly, Commissioning And Configuration, Serving The Functional Adaptation Of The Cultural Activity Center In Halasy For Administrative And Artistic Activities. The Scope Of The Above-Mentioned Construction Works And Deliveries Includes: 4.3.1. Construction Of Electrical And Low-Current Installations (Including The Induction Loop);4.3.2.Delivery Of The Sound System, Including Installation, Commissioning And Configuration;4.3.3.Delivery Of The Stage Multimedia System, Including Installation, Commissioning And Configuration;4.3.4.Delivery Of Stage Platforms;4.3.5.Delivery Of Horizontal And Front Stage Curtains;4.3.6.Delivery Of The Induction Loop Installation Kit Including Assembly.4.4.Attention! The Attached Design Documentation Is Much Broader Than The Scope Of This Procedure And Also Covers Works Planned In The Future. Therefore, The Ordering Party Indicates The Following Scope Of The Order In The Design Documentation: 4.4.1.The Design Of Electrical Installations And The Induction Loop Of The Auditorium At The Cak In Halasy - The Contractor Is Implementing In Its Entirety Taking Into Account The Following Comments To This Project: Due To The Fact That The Subject Of These Proceedings Is Excluded The Implementation Of Stage Lighting With Stage Mechanics, In These Proceedings It Is Necessary - In The Scope Of Lighting Installations And Devices - To Connect The Wlz Power Line To The Lighting Board, Which Will Be Implemented At A Later Stage Of The Investment And Will Be Located In The Technical Room. In This Procedure, A Power Supply Line Should Be Constructed To The Technological Board To The Technical Room Which Is The Target Location Of The Above-Mentioned Board.
